Redarc Dual Sensing Smart Start Battery Isolator 12V 100A

Designed for use as a solenoid priority system to protect the start battery from excessive discharge in dual battery systems, Redarc's Dual Sensing Smart Start Battery Isolator 12V 100A isolates the start and auxiliary batteries where the auxiliary battery may be charged from an external source such as solar.

Simple to install and compact in size, the SBI12D can be fitted in out-of-the-way engine bay locations. It isolates the start and auxiliary batteries with dual sensing and allows the start battery to be charged via external power sources such as solar once the auxiliary battery reaches 13.2V.

Incorporating electronic components that prevent the solenoid from generating high voltage transients and a microprocessor controlled battery isolator, Redarc's Dual Sensing Smart Start Battery Isolator is a safe way to charge an auxiliary battery. It features sophisticated fault detection and LED indication of operations, warning of faults such as over-voltage, voltage drop and excessive current draw.
